My PC seems to meet all the criteria, but when I run the Vista upgrade advisor msi file Adobe Photoshop CS2 tries to open the file and gives an error message stating it is not the right kind of document. I do get the run dialog box when I first double click the msi file, but when I click run, Photoshop CS2 loads.
